After reviewing the recording of Week 5’s webconference it
appears many people still have questions about the professional development
plan, this does not seem very clear. I understand it to be a look a our desired
growth in leadership as we continue in our career. That we to access where we
are currently and where we would like to see ourself in the future and how we
plan on improving or striving for these goals. Dr. Martin said this course was a time to
reflect on what we have complete so far and look at what we need to add to our
internship documentation. Required to have a reflection paper for 5398.
