EDLD 5362 Week 3 - SIS Evaluation Our district uses several software programs to provide the all the services required for our student information system. Currently the district is in the process of installing an integrated system for attendance, grades and student data.  Prior our student data was housed in separate systems that had to be merged nightly to update all the data for all the systems. Because of lack of live update process the consistency of the data was always an issue. The cost of the systems have decreased and there are many software products available that were not their just 5 years ago.
